Functions.
1.video backup management
(1) Support detecting that the locomotive has entered the network coverage area and automatically establishes a connection with the locomotive.
(2) After the connection is established, check whether there is any data that has not been transferred; if there is no uncompleted transmission data, it will enter the sleep state;
(3) Support queuing management of locomotive video backups that have been established and support specifying the maximum number of concurrently uploaded vehicles to avoid network congestion caused by a large number of locomotives being uploaded at the same time.
(4) the video backup process is carried out until the writing of the data block currently being written is completed
(5) check the connection status every time (configurable) after the video backup is completed. If the check finds that there is data that has not been uploaded, start data retransmission immediately until it is completed.
(6) It supports displaying the status of uploading back, including not connected, uploading, and completed uploading.
2.Link management
If both ends of the locomotive are equipped with a 6A host, wireless car, and ground equipment, the ground video management system shall meet.

3.Breakpoint transfer

It should be noted that when the locomotive enters the network coverage area again, the video capacity stored in the onboard video monitoring system may be larger than when the transmission was interrupted last time.
